Write to us if you cannot log in, your profile disappeared or you need to change your e-mail.

We can help with an incorrect point, duplicate, inappropriate content or a place that is no longer valid.

If Premium, Supporter or Patron did not activate, send us an e-mail from your Vanzee account.

Vanzee is built on trust. Suspicious behavior, spam or map abuse is handled with priority.

Quick answers

Why do some places appear as unverified?

They are candidates that need to be verified by the community in the field. Once someone checks them honestly, they can become a regular place in Vanzee.

How does reputation work?

Reputation grows based on the quality of contributions, verified visits and usefulness for others. It protects the map from spam and helps give more weight to reliable travellers.

Can I use Vanzee outside Czechia?

Private points and trips, yes. The public community map is growing gradually; Top 10 challenges already cover Czechia, Slovakia, Germany and Croatia.
